I took 1 scoop of a day with milk for one month. This product is really good and cheap...You hear it's Cheap!!. I gained 9 kg in one month. Why go for Big brands? If you are getting a better product @1999 (Mass gainer). Sleep For 8 hrs, Drink more water and work out 4 days a week only (2 body parts a day and 45 min lasting workout). You won't gain mass if you burn too many hours in the gym. So be patient and do the work. ARAYURVEDA product will show Magic ✨
