I thought maybe required to take a longer duration. I continued to consume it.
I got the result of my patience in a positive way in a few weeks. Slowly-slowly my stamina and timing started increasing but these days I had to spend some money.
Its effect was visible from the second week but I got the final result in 2-3 months.
According to me, it is effective but slow.
